Contribuisci feedbackBy far one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to! We waited over half and hour for three drinks that weren’t even made right. My drink which was a iced London fog tea latte tasted like a watered down version of its original taste. It had some weird foam on the top on the drink which I have never seen before. The service was friendly but the quality was horrible.
This store has gotten so bad and the employees don’t even care. I order a drink it’s clearly made wrong they just toss milk in a cup and send me on my way after spending $8.00 on coffee. I’ve called and reported them yesterday after I was waiting 35 mins for coffee. The manager needs to have a training session with everyone and the quality needs to be raised. I’ll be going into target where they care about the quality.
This is the biggest Starbucks I have seen. It’s in a nice area and the staff are super nice there. Sometimes, as a minority, I don’t like going into super nice areas because I think I’ll be treated poorly, but they did not do that. They were very welcoming
Huge thank you to the girl behind the bar working today. I ordered from the wrong location and instead of just saying goodby she offered to make my drink for me right then and there. Beyond good customer service. Made my day 100 times better.
I was going in to buy a gift card for an employee who was starting nursing school. The team at Starbucks was working hard but also very understaffed. It seems like a common thread in their business. They were aware of their situation and had great communication while we waited. When I was able to check out, the girl ringing us up was beyond friendly and helpful. Hopefully, management can get them some help in there.
