Tim Hortons - Webster

Is everything in order tim hortons webster? I'm not one that leaves negative critikens, but I've been using Subpar quality for years and then this step had broken me. I ordered a big soda and two donuts. a donut was wrong, but I had it good with that sucking up. then I got my soda after a long wait time and it was a medium. After I checked my quitting to make sure I ordered the big ones I asked if I could swap them. what I got was a big cup of what was probably my former medium soda over top and so much ice was poured to make it big that I couldn't put mine in the position. I have never received a 'eff you' in the form of soda, so thank you for the first tim hortons webster. I'd rather go to dunkin.

This tim horton is on empire blvd. Pen/Web area always offers great service. it's great to get her in and out and get her order right. ? (This is today a great compliment for coffee spots!?big service!

Every other time I go there they always mess up my order, they never give me the receipt, there are almost always egg shells in my sandwich. It's like they dont even care about the quality of their work. Gas is not cheap to keep going back every time I have to, they cant even offer coupons for the inconvenience. I am talking specifically about this store not Tim Hortons in general!

This location is the reason I don’t drink Tim Hortons anymore : for the past year every single time I got coffee from this location is it absolutely burnt to a crisp. Im not kidding Monday-Friday I would get burnt coffee. If I want my Tim Hortons fix I go all the way down to the ridge location.
