Delicious food in a fantastic atmosphere. The service provided by the staff was excellent!

Our taxi ran late, and because we were 5 minutes late after our 15 min gnade time, which we were told by the prahlers that we did not come in and our table had been given away. they didn't even let us have a drink while we waited for our taxi. terrible customer service and very rude. will not go on

This restaurant really enjoyed eating and drinks were amazing. music was not too loud, the service was really good, the waiter ensured that we were a good majority of the time that was really nice.

Service was exemplary, eating was phenomenal. will be back.

We requested to speak to a manager, but they insisted that security had already informed us we could not come in. Eventually, a young woman came out and reiterated that we were 15 minutes late, and our table had just been released. I was shocked by the poor customer service. I asked if we could wait for another table to become available, but they told us none would be free until around 9 PM, and the kitchen closed at 9:30 PM. We found ourselves in quite a predicament. I've dined at many establishments, and I've never been treated this way. We also asked the door staff if we could wait in the foyer for our taxi, but they firmly said no, as if we were criminals, despite the fact that it was freezing outside. The customer service here is truly appalling. I had my doubts about this place before even arriving, based on the reviews I read, but I thought I’d give it a chance. Well, I won’t be returning. Be cautious if you decide to visit!
