Drue's Kitchen - Weeping Water

This is hangover food. This is home cooked goodness. This is what I need after a night at the lodge in Syracuse. Every time I have eaten here it has been on a sleepy Saturday morning and every time the food has been perfect. The Waitress is great, the cook in back is great. The fries were soggy and super greasy the rice was stale reheated (multiple times) beans were canned burgers were small and unappetizing, bland, and old service was good. Overall terrible experience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

$60 dollars for breakfast buffet that consisted of thin, sorta soggy waffles, dry, hard or undercooked biscuits, cold potatoes, luke warm gravy, super greasy bacon, sausage patties (these were best of all offered) and scrambled eggs. Think free continental breakfast and take away the coffee and you're there. Very disappointed with the quality vs. the price. $15 a person after tax for this breakfast and better tasting food is had at Burger King or McDonalds. Was not worth the drive, sadly! The atmosphere is cute and cozy, service was ok. If they upped the quality of the food I would visit again, but as of right now, I was not impressed at all. At best, that should have cost around half that price for the quality of food offered. Reviews that I read gave excellent feedback so needless to say, I was extremely disappointed!
