The Gorge - Weissport

You must visit this restaurant! It is clear that the owner is passionate about his business. The atmosphere is cool with hundreds of indoor plants surrounding you. Our server, Cerrie, was excellent. For appetizers, we had the cheese curds and poutine. Then we shared the Godfather smoked brisket and the honey-chicken sandwich. The portions were generous and we couldn't finish it all. If you are in the Jim Thorpe area, this restaurant is a must-try. Enjoy your meal!

Had a great dinner and jenna is a rockstar! the food was innovat, fresh and tasty. the atmosphere was relaxing and each of the very patient hostess susan, the kickass barkeepers, our server jenna and the manager boarded this an exceptionally beautiful evening! I look forward to the return!

Made reservations online for Mother’s Day. Drove an hour to get here. Restaurant said the google reservations don’t work and turned us away. Will never visit again. Will share what happened.
