Handlebar Hank's Roadhouse - Welland

I have dined at Handlebar Hanks before and always enjoyed the great food and service. However, when we decided to order takeout for the first time today, we were very disappointed. We ordered an extra large pizza with 4 toppings and 20 hot wings, but the pizza had very few toppings and barely any sauce underneath the cheese. The wings were also dry, as if they had been cooked and reheated. The total bill came to over $50, so we expected better quality. Sadly, we will not be ordering takeout from here again.

We stopped in Welland for a bite to eat before heading to an axe throwing league in Niagara Falls. Both my boyfriend and I love the chicken souvlaki pita from Hanks, but I am trying to reduce my carb intake. He ordered his with fries as usual, while I opted for mine with a salad and no pita. It was exactly what I wanted - it looked good, tasted good, and best of all, there was no issue with my special request. We left satisfied and happy customers.

The food and service at this restaurant are always top-notch. While it can get a bit busy and loud at times, it only adds to the lively atmosphere.

A very busy bar style place to grab a beer and some great Pizza or wings. Sure there are other things but that is what they are known in the city for. Always very friendly and supports a lot of sports teams. There is always contests going on for great prizes. So if you only have time to hit one place and are looking for a genuine fun time this is it..

I stopped in for a quick pint and some munchies. I ordered the combo appetizer platter and a Shock Top. The combo is a great value and was very good but then again almost anything deep fried is good. The service was very good and the food prices more than reasonable. I would go back again.
