Pizza Pizza - Welland

Very rude staff and she did not understand. The staff don't understand English to well so that is a problem. I asked if it was VEGAN and she had no clue what is in anything. I sent an email to head office thinking the owner would contact me. That's a NO. It use to be a nice place. Also I notice the staff not wearing Gloves and that makes me think did they wash up before. Then I saw out the window that they touched the cash register then went back to making the pizza for someone else.I would not eat at this place after what I saw.

I use to frequent this location often - I mean at least once a week or more - however, the last year the place has gotten to the point where you can't even get food. I have tried the last three weekends to get the 2 for $5 slice deal, it is prominently advertised in local papers, on the windows of the restaurant, and inside the restaurant, however, try actually getting this special.Everytime I go in, they don't have the special slices available - only premium ones that cost up to $3 more per slice! My breaking point was hit last weekend when I asked why they never have the advertised slices available, and I was told they have run out of pepperoni and cannot make any today! Even though there is clearly pepperoni available as it is an open kitchen, this location refuses to sell you an advertised product now and insists that you buy something more expensive if you want something.Absolutely horrible service, false advertising, and a shame of a franchise for Pizza Pizza. Severely disappointed in how horrible this location has gotten.

We faithfully get Rose City, but I was alone with my baby and didn't want to drag him out so we ordered from here since I knew they had delivery. We weren't disappointed. The pizza was really good and still quite warm when it got here. The order was accurate. I had a moment of weakness and added funnel cake sticks to the order. There were SO MANY!!! After my husband got home and had some, we still had barely made a dent in the order. The caramel dipping sauce was not needed, they're great on their own. Sadly, they did not taste very good the next day, even warmed up in the oven. It's too bad half-orders aren't available, we sadly had to throw out over half of them. But when they were fresh they were amazing! The pizza still tasted good the next day heated up, of course. We'll likely order from here again, especially if we need delivery instead of picking it up. Oh and also it was very quick, it took less than half an hour even though it was dinner time on a Saturday which was a nice surprise.

It's pizza, so we can't get too crazy! They always get my order right and with 4 boys the order can get crazy. Always ready when we arrive and always delivered on time and hot!

Horrible food. Seriously ... half burnt but we wanted to get the hell home as it would not let us order via the app so we had to go in person to the store to order with our coupon
