Tim Hortons - Welland

I order chicken salad bowl it was less than half filled. And its not I rushed for it I waited patiently but didn’t got the food for the amount I paid for very disappointing

Love love love this location! This location has everything, great customer service a very tidy store. I stop here every other day before going to the dog park because of the service and the pleasant staff! They make you feel like you are part of their family! Besides, my steeped tea tastes the same every day. Their customer is top-notch. Even at night they have have everything in stock and fresh. Plenty of parking space and drive-thru moves find. Close to the highway exit.

Really had a bad experience today, drive thru was 3 minutes a car, so, took 12 minutes to get my coffee, cashier did not make proper change -i didn't complain got on the highway, the coffee was so watery, it really tasted like milk in hot water. Really disappointing.

This Tim hortons used to be great when we moved to the area 1.5 years ago. It has gotten worse, drive thru takes some days 10 minutes to get through. There could be 3 cars and still takes 10 minutes to get through. For a 24 hours tim hortons sometimes we go around 6-7pm for baked goods; they won’t have any left. Some days we will go through all the baked goods and most times will leave without any. I think for a 24 hour Tim’s they should make a small selection of baked goods available for overnight, but to stop fully making baked goods at 6-7pm is a little to much. The only reason why we keep coming is the staff here is great.

Just took medium 2 French vanilla for my guest at job. It was just a watery liquid. Also when visited previously, no welcoming reply and showed arrogance. Worst quality of coffee I have. Ever tasted and zero respect by elderly staffs.
