Tim Hortons - Welland

This Tim Hortons is just like any other you would visit. It offers the same menu as any other location. What sets it apart is the presence of people loitering both inside and outside the establishment. Scooters and bikes are often blocking the entrance and exit. As you walk in, you may hear people asking for spare change. If this location doesn't suit you, there are plenty of other Tim Hortons in Welland to choose from. The drive-through experience here is comparable to any other location.

I arrived during a busy period and had to wait in line for a bit, but it moved quickly. The service was friendly and efficient. It's a great place to take a break.

We ordered two chicken wraps from the menu but had to wait for 10 minutes while 6 staff members served the drive-thru customers and prepared only one of the sandwiches. Eventually, we were informed that they were out of chicken for the second wrap. When we asked what other options were available, we received a blank stare. The two soups we had ordered were left on the counter and getting cold during the wait. Frustrated, we decided to just take the two soups, one wrap, and our drinks and eat. There was no offer of a refund for the missing sandwich or any apology. The staff seemed more interested in chatting than serving customers. The restaurant itself was in need of cleaning, with dirty floors and tables in need of wiping. This will be my last visit to this establishment, and I would advise others to be cautious if they choose to dine here. It appears that either there is a lack of supervision or the management is not up to par. Overall, this experience left much to be desired.

Excellent service at this Tim's on Saturday, August 11. Thank you. Server was friendly, coffee was fresh and in china cups. What's not to like?

Face will crack if they smile? I’m serious the most unfriendly Tim’s ever. They act as if they are doing you a huge favour by serving you coffee. Half the time my order isn’t right and they don’t care.
