Tim Hortons - Welland

For the past 3 days in a row I have had an incorrect product in the bag when I left the drive thru.I generally arrive between 5.30 and 5.45 am and when I drive up to the order (speaker) there are times that the staff either cuts me off while I am still in the process of ordering my food or I cannot hear them because of the chatter that is going on within the building.For the past 3 days I have Delete repeated word incorrect order when I pulled away from the drive thru.I suggest the staff take their time and listen more closely. A medium Orange Pekoke black not a medium black coffee. I do not drink coffee so why would I order this,. When I ask for a double toasted English muffin I want a double toasted not run through quick so that it is only hot.Doris is great as well as a few other gals that work in there but there are a few that need some CSR skills

Again haven't been back to this tim horton's since my last review. Returned this morning is close to home and convenient. It was around 6a.m. this morning jan. 17/17. My brother went in this time he ordered me a coffee and breakfast wrap and himself a breakfast sandwich and timbits. He got the coffee's and sandwiches right away and was waiting for his timbits. The lady at the counter served another lady who obviously new them. No worries as she is serving this person she says your order is there sir. He says i know i'm waiting for my tim bits she says oh your grumpy this morning. He doesn't respond. She says it again your stuff is ready there he says i know i'm waiting for my tim bits. She says oh your really grumpy this morning. He again doesn't respond. She repeats it again and now he's mad and says loudly i now i need my tim bits. Well now she says oh yeah sorry geez you don't have to be so grumpy as she and this lfriend she was serving laugh. Seriously he told you 3 times you forgot his tim bits and thats your response maybe take care of 1 customer at a time and not worry about impressing friends. If he forgot and listened to you he would have been out $4 for 20 tim bits. This place also had no fresh made donuts at 6 a.m. where out of everything. What they had was obviously left over from day before. I will not return here staff and service suck. I should of known better

So i am going through the drive thru today (Sunday September 11 2016) like i always do every morning. They take my order. I go to the window give him a $20 he gives me change i start to drive away because like clock work they usually take my money give me what i ordered and then my change. So sorry i drove ahead. i stopped and said sorry i will come in to the kid. My brother goes in to have him tell him The B with an itch( not that nice either trip advisor will not let me post his profane word) just drove off. Excuuse me i apologized and this is blatant disreguard for your customers. Accidents happen and he should have given my coffee and tim bits first before my change. No need for this kind of attitude. If you make a mistake i don't say whats wrong with you with profanity. Really. You have just lost business i know you don't care because so many wellanders go to these franchises for bitter coffee and ridicules prices and poor service. On a regular basis the coffe isn't good it is bitter and there prices have risen so high it is almost $8 for 2 coffee's and a 20 pack of tim bits. I have had problems with this franchise before but this seals it. I will be going else where for my morning coffee.

Today, my family visited this establishment to have some coffee. My daughter also purchased 3 timbits for herself. Unfortunately, the lady at the counter overcharged my daughter for the timbits. A 10-pack of timbits is only $1.99 plus taxes, so it was surprising to see a total of $2.27 for just 3 timbits. When my daughter questioned the price, the lady was rude and insisted that she pay the full amount. Despite my hesitation, my daughter paid for the stale timbits that were as hard as rocks. My husband purchased coffee for the three of us, but we could only drink a quarter of the cups as the rest were filled with coffee grounds.
