It is also an echo chamber. The designers seem to have decided that sound damping was not necessary, so the din during mealtimes is incredible. If you can handle the noise, though, the food is some of the best at Wellesley and the views are stunning. There's a piano on the first floor that people love to play. The music floats up and through the campus center. It's lovely. Students who are trying to study, however, can become quite irate at anyone playing the piano. (Note: If you want to read or study in the Lulu, be prepared. Bring some noise blocking headphones or earbuds.
Awesome space in honor of one of Wellesley's finest. Great space for students to congregate and a destination for everyone who wants to sport the best in Wellesley gear.
Amazing food! Friendly staff and amazing architecture.
Wow! Late-night coffee? How fun and casual! I'm lactose intolerant, but there are still plenty of options for me—and for you—at the café!
TALK is constantly impressive! The Hoop always expresses gratitude to the gods for Cafe Hoop.
