I used to go to this location weekly, sometimes 2-3 times a week. There was this very friendly asian employee who was always there. He worked the line alone or maybe with 1 other person always was polite, patient hard at work. Everything was right in the orders everyone was happy. Recently in the summer I saw he was no longer in employment at this location. Was he let go or will he be returning? The manager ?Marco? was very unprofessional, very unhelpful it seemed like he was getting in his own staffs way. Will not be returning to this location again.
Over $10 menu, it was filled less than half of the bowl. I also ordered a bowl with lettuce, and they added only 5-6 pieces, barely noticeable.
Manager ? does not have any sense of customer service. I work in fast food myself, so it?s not like I expect perfection or anything near it. But it?s ok to be vaguely nice and not super abrupt and rude. None of the employees are wearing masks either. Portion sizes are much much worse than they used to be too
Picked up order, product was made wrong and cold. Corporate said the would give me 2 replacement meals on my loyalty card. They didn't. So basically I got the wrong food cold and no one from Qdoba actually cares. I realize that mistakes happen but the food should be going thru temp checks throughout the day.
