Green Chilli Indian Curry House Take Away

I have been a loyal customer of this takeaway restaurant for over 15 years and have never encountered any major issues. However, tonight when I ordered my usual dish of king prawn madras, I was disappointed to find that instead of the usual 6-7 large prawns, they had chopped a few larger prawns into smaller pieces. When I inquired about this discrepancy, the staff member simply shrugged and mentioned that they were having trouble sourcing the larger prawns. I was surprised that they hadn't informed me of this when I placed my order and just brushed it off by saying they had forgotten to mention it.

Uses this place a few times in the last month or so, and I must say that eating is before place and the service brilliant. delivered on time.

The ordered take at 6.30 a.m. said delivery 7.50pn after 2 call each time said delivery in 15 minutes eating finally arrived at 10.45 a.m. I had gone to bed and eating was cold. cannot be returned as food. use this takeaway on her perile.

I ordered food at 6:47 PM this evening and was told it would be delivered in 1 hour and 15 minutes. I left my phone number but as of 10:00 PM, I still have not received my order. I have been unable to reach them by phone to cancel the order. Normally, I order from Meraz in the village, who have never disappointed me. I only tried Green Chilli tonight because Meraz quoted a 2-hour delivery time. This could have been an opportunity for Green Chilli to earn my regular business, but they have failed to do so. I should have stuck with Meraz, as their service and food have always been very good. It was a mistake to try Green Chilli and I will not be ordering from them again, despite their close proximity. This experience has been shocking.
