Contribuisci feedbackI put order Sweets for business function(Diwali event at company site) 2 days in advance and sent email with timing of delivery with precise function time. this was confirmed in email. However when i didn't receive order on time then decide to call on provided number and they dont have clue regarding my order. they told me to call me back after find out what happen to my order and why not deliver. After couple of calls realised that they didnt send my delivery and they dont know about why order not process. Finally they process my order but realized that one of item which i ordered not in stock and asked me to choose one of available items. I said that i put order 2 days in advance and you confirmed that and now u didnt deliver order and now u dont have one of item which i ordered and they said that all in their terms and condition and also told me that why i didnt call earlier so blaming me on that they missed my order because i didnt remind them in morning. how ridiculous that as didnt say in order confirmation email that i need to remind them. Anyway finally they send delivery with order amendment just about to time when function going to start so just we got lucky as i called them to find out about my order otherwise that was going to miss.No apologies or refund or anything on this case. only positive thing and i said main thing is that all sweets are good and people enjoy but ordering and service not on mark which need definitely improvement because people put order with hope that they receive good food with service and their function depend on your food so keep service upto mark
I was really looking forward to going to this restaurant for ages, so I finally took my manager when he came up for a visit. The staff were very friendly, and the drinks were fine. However, the food seemed to be a bit bland. Don't get me wrong it was very nice, but I was expecting something a bit more spicier when I ordered my meal, as did my manager.
We used to live in Kerala, and I have to say that Pooja is the closest We've ever come to authentic Indian food in the UK (and we've eaten in Indian restaurants the length and breadth of Britain). We first discovered it by accident, when we got lost in the town. Such serendipity! That evening, we were the only non Asian people in the restaurant, and as we were to discover, this was not at all unusual. We've been to Pooja dozens of times over the years, and in fact, we're visiting the UK in a few weeks, and will be going again. The food is nothing short of amazing we love the variety and diversity of the menu... and the fact that they make rose lassis! The staff are lovely and helpful, and the food is exceptionally good value. We've also used Pooja's catering service a couple of times, and would have no hesitation in recommending it. When we lived in the UK, we'd also visit once a month for a shopping trip, to stock up on their frozen curries, burfi, and other sundries. Pooja is truly a little bit of India in the Midlands!
Very poor quality food was very greasy. They always try to overcharge. Unfriendly service. I would strongly avoid! '
A real rival to some of the best veggie Indians in London (Diwana, Drummond Street, Euston). Well worth a visit.
