Burger King - Wellington

Although it’s just fast food, I have to say the customer service was outstanding. As someone with over 10 years in the customer service industry, I truly appreciate this level of service. The gentleman at the window engaged me in a friendly conversation while I waited briefly for my fresh food, even taking the time to chat with my dog sitting on my lap. The quality of the service was so impressive that I barely paid attention to the taste of the food. That being said, the food was hot, crispy, fresh, and absolutely delicious! The hash browns had a crunchy exterior and were soft inside, while the French toast sticks were equally delightful with a melt-in-your-mouth texture.

The food was outstanding! However, I did notice some mold on the ceiling that appears to have been there for a while. I generally prefer to avoid dining in places where mold is present!

This is a lovely and tidy restaurant. The manager helped us with our orders as we were getting used to the Burger King app. The burgers were amazing, just like always! We will definitely return and highly recommend this location.
