I am from out of town and was at the Wellington mall when I heard someone raving about a fantastic breakfast spot called Glazed and Confused. Since it was nearby, I decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious options on the menu, from gourmet donuts to various breakfast choices. I ultimately chose the eggs Benedict, which turned out to be the best I've ever had. I couldn't resist trying the donuts as well, so I ended up getting a dozen to share with my family. I will definitely be returning to Glazed and Confused, and I wish I lived closer so I could become a regular customer.
We walked into the restaurant not realizing they were about to close in 10 minutes. Despite this, they promptly seated us and made us feel welcome. We had already placed our order when we noticed the time. We shared a tuna sandwich and Cobb salad, both of which were delicious. The lettuce in the salad was crisp and not soggy, making it easy to eat. The tuna sandwich had a good ratio of tuna to bread and was not messy to eat. We also had plenty of leftovers to take home. We are looking forward to returning to try the unique donut burger and some breakfast options. The staff and kitchen crew deserve kudos for their excellent service, even when we arrived last minute.
My whole family of 12 went to have breakfast at this restaurant during Hurricane Irma preparations on 9/8. I have to say, the workers were amazing and served us and the rest of the crowd efficiently. The food was delicious! Our waitress, Nicole, was kind, sweet, and efficient with a constant smile. We will definitely be returning again!
