Tara was the absolute sweetest. She took amazing care of us and was super attentive. Make sure to request her! The food was on point as always but the service with Tara was what really made our experience :
Tara was wonderful! She knew a lot about the menu and answered all of mine and my husbands question and she was so friendly. Will be back!
This location stands out from the others I've been to. Food was hot, delicious and came out very quickly. And to top it off, our waitress Tara was awesome!
We came here for breakfast years ago and I remember that I had enjoyed their meal. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for our recent visit. The place (which is very big was packed, and there were already several people waiting. Since the estimated wait was around 10-15 minutes, we decided to wait and gave our cell number to the hostess, as they send you a text when it’s your turn. After ½ hour that we were waiting outside, just in front of the entrance, we still hadn’t received any text, and as soon as I went in to check with the hostess, I realized that even the people who arrived after us had already been seated. The hostess apologized (explaining that somebody else must have messed up with the system… and seated us right away. We waited some time for the waiter, but a delay in a very busy restaurant has to be expected. I ordered a grilled cheese with no sides. I wasn’t asked about my choice of (2 cheeses, but I didn’t really have any preference. I was much more disappointed instead to hear that they don’t have regular milk for the coffee and that they only bring half and half. My husband ordered an egg and cheese sandwich with fries. My grilled cheese was ok, although due to the thick bread they should really serve it with at least 3 slices of cheese. The fries, which were added to my order instead of my husband’s one, should have probably kept longer in the fryer, but they tasted as if they were old anyways. The egg and cheese sandwich… THAT was the tipping point for me: it contained 1 almost invisible slice of cheese and one a little more visible piece of scrambled Egg Beater. Now, if that “thing” would cost $3, I wouldn’t be complaining, but almost $10?? That was a very expensive breakfast, above all considering the quality of the food and the service: I’m definitely not going back.
