Short Stacks - Wellington

I stumbled upon this charming little restaurant by chance, and I absolutely loved it! The menu offered a wide variety of options, making it tough to choose. I opted for the French toast, and wow, the portion was huge! It was incredibly delicious, but I couldn't finish it because there was so much on my plate. I will definitely return to sample more items from the menu. The staff was really friendly, too. It's a great spot for breakfast, and I’m looking forward to trying the lunch options next time!

Lexy was an outstanding server—she was incredibly sweet and efficient. The food was absolutely delicious! My son enjoyed the fresh cinnamon roll pancakes and coffee, while I had the fresh blueberry pancakes paired with Canadian bacon. I will definitely be returning, and I plan to try a lunch item next time. It was my first visit, and I found it difficult to decide what to order since everything sounded so appetizing! I was not disappointed; I’ve discovered a fantastic new spot for breakfast and lunch!

My wife and I stopped by this restaurant after searching for breakfast nearby on Google Maps, and we made the right choice. From the warm greeting upon our arrival to being seated and served, everything was great. I ordered the Cajun breakfast, which included sautéed vegetables, sausage, wheat toast, and grits—all of which were delicious. My wife opted for the three-meat breakfast skillet, which came with a side of biscuits and gravy, and we shared that as well. We’ll definitely be returning when we're in the area again. The prices were reasonable for such an excellent dining experience.

Our friends in Wellington recommended we try this restaurant, and as we come from Louisville, Kentucky, known for our amazing breakfast spots, we were excited to check it out. This place, along with Hilary's in Royal Palm, truly knows how to do breakfast right! The pancakes are fantastic—light and fluffy, not at all dry. The biscuits and gravy are simply perfection. I highly recommend paying a visit here!

I had a pleasant breakfast experience at this restaurant. The skinny Greek omelet was delicious, and the pancakes were amazing—fluffy but still thick. However, I took away one star because the service was not up to par. Our waitress seemed to disappear for a while, and by the time we finished eating, we had to ask another server for a cup of coffee.
