My wine arrived crisp and cold, and despite the restaurant being busy, my sandwich came out promptly—kudos to the kitchen! If you haven't tried their shrimp salad, you're truly missing out! The sandwich is loaded with huge, sweet, and delicious shrimp enveloped in creamy mayonnaise, enough for two sandwiches, all served on their fantastic rye bread. I ended up removing half the shrimp from one side and enjoyed that separately before taking the rest home. I even finished the pickle and the coleslaw, which is saying something because I'm not usually a fan of coleslaw—it was that fresh and tasty! The shrimp was simply amazing: fresh, cold, plump, sweet, and utterly delicious! Given the generous portions, their prices are very reasonable and affordable. I have two more sandwiches to savor at home! All the staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the hostess to the bakery associates. Huge thanks for your hard work! JR truly deserves a raise; he was busy but made sure no one had to wait for anything! In today's world, it's hard to find reliable staff. I can't wait to return to TooJay's, possibly for dessert next time because they have the best! I highly recommend this place!

TooJay's did an incredible job catering a full breakfast for 600 educators ahead of a conference! The spread included bagels, eggs, bacon, sausage, home fries, and coffee. Everyone was so grateful to enjoy a delicious hot breakfast as the school year wrapped up. Thank you to the TooJay's team for your support of educators in Palm Beach County!

I've always enjoyed TooJay's, and it's part of our office catering list. However, I've had some disappointing experiences lately. The service has been quite poor. During my last three visits to the West Palm Beach location, the waitress was rude. At the Royal Palm site, I noticed missing items—specifically, the pickle I requested. Tonight, I ordered the roast beef sandwich, which came with dry bread, the beef, a pickle, a cup of mayo that I asked for, and fries. Overall, it was very dry, and the waiter remarked that I should have requested tomato and lettuce.

I ordered an appetizer that never arrived, even after I asked the waiter about it. He mentioned that there was a new manager and he had forgotten to place the order. I decided to let it go. I ordered my patty melt medium well, but it came out rare. When the waiter checked on our food, I informed him that the meat was undercooked, but he didn’t take any action. To top it off, the appetizer was still with me when he handed me the bill. This is the second terrible experience we've had at this restaurant in two months, so it's safe to say we won’t be coming back!

The quality and taste of the food were disappointing at TooJay's. Nobody at our table enjoyed their meal. Spending $80 there was not worth it at all, and the service was below average as well.
