It was our first time having dinner here the other day. We were in town to look at a house that was nearby. Anyways, we really liked Wellington Grill. It was busy, lots of folks. We were sat quickly by our nice hostess. The waitress got us drinks and food quick. Our drinks were strong and the food was good. The only gripe I have with my experience there was that I thought the prices were slightly too high for what we were served. I think I saw that they were charging $27 for an 8 oz. sirloin steak dinner. Thats too high, maybe by 5-10%. All in all I would recommend it.
This is a cute bar grill with personable servers in a quiet, little town. The food was good, but it did take a while to get to us. We arrived as they opened so understanding it takes a bit to get the kitchen going, we were patient. Very sports oriented on the TV, which suited the crowd present well. I had the ham and cheese, and it was delicious.
Avoid dining here on a Monday. The Reuben I ordered arrived soggy—perhaps it was microwaved—with brown meat, minimal sauerkraut, and a dressing that resembled mustard more than Thousand Island. I could barely finish half of it. It seems like the only safe choices might be the beer and frozen items like the fish and chips.
In this small town it was a great place! Food good, servers friendly and a big variety of food. Margaritas were not very good.
