We came today for the Santa experience and lunch .... wow it was brilliant the children loved it; so relaxed and friendly. Didn’t feel rushed at all like you often do with many grottos x

We booked lunch with Santa today. Considering the difficult circumstances what a brilliant job staff did today to put on a lovely lunch with Santa for my 6 an 8 year old. The big man himself was brilliant very understanding and brilliant with the kids especially my 6 year old son’s endless back to back questions ???? included a decent present, letters writing to Santa and a party bag of Xmas goodies to keep them amused at the table which was right near Santas set up very good value for money so glad we book best Xmas thing we were able to do this year

Thank you for a lovely christmas lunch today with santa,the kids were blown away that santa new their names on arrival and that their gifts were named too. We had the best seats in the house with santa in his sleigh right next to our table. The activities bags on the tables for the children were perfect and the gifts santa gave them were lovely and well thought about and age appropriate(my son loves the science kit and daughter the water colouring book) We arrived at around 12 and it was lovley and quiet, just as we left at 2pm it did get slightly busy but well managed. As usual the food did not disappoint either ???? I would highly recommend this experience ????????

Went today to visit father christmas with our 4 young boys. Was absolutely great. Everyone had such a nice time. It was very chilled out. We didn't feel rushed and Father Christmas and the staff were great. Highly recommend for children under 10.
