Brown's Clam Shanty - Wells

We were visiting family from Maine and they brought us here saying that it was the best place around. Our server Nina was above and beyond. She was helpful with my mother who didn't speak English and she was caring and made my mom an ice pack as she just had eye surgery and made sure she was happy and comfortable. The service is unmatched in any experience I've ever had. Whenever we vacation we'll be sure to come back.

The place was very busy yet provided Excellent customer service with a smile. Fried clams were cooked to perfection.

I can't speak to the food. I requested that something be changed and was told the cook would refuse to do it. So I had to sit and watch my friend eat her lunch while I drank a soda! She said hers was just ok. I have never not been accommodated! For obvious reasons I won't be back nor do I recommend them

Everything we ordered was good. Definitely will go back.
