Hard Times - Wellsburg

This restaurant is fantastic! It's impeccably clean, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect for you. We visited on Valentine's Day for lunch, and even though it was incredibly busy, we received the same attentive service we usually get during quieter evenings when there are only a few families dining. I've tried many items from the menu, and I honestly can't pick a favorite. My husband loves the Italian hoagie and orders it almost every time we visit. As for me, it's tough to choose between the burgers, Italian hoagie, creamed turkey, and wings—they're all so delicious! The prices are fantastic, the food is excellent, and the staff is wonderful. Why would you want to go anywhere else?

The food is absolutely delicious, the atmosphere is fantastic, and everyone is incredibly friendly. They also serve amazing mixed drinks! This is my husband’s and my favorite spot to eat, unwind, and enjoy ourselves!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible, and when we ordered wings, our waitress was quite rude when we mentioned they tasted like old fish. In fact, the smell was noticeable as soon as she brought them to our table. After we requested something else, we were informed that we still had to pay for the wings, despite only taking a couple of bites. I definitely do not recommend this place and have no plans to return. I will also be reaching out to the owner to express my disappointment with their establishment.

Go on Wednesday for the cream turkey over biscuits!!! Delish!!! Their hoagies are great!!! Wings are good too!!! been there many times! Never a bad meal and always great service!! Dont miss this little hideaway!!!

This was my second visit to Hardtimes, and once again, I found it disappointing. On my first visit, I was served fish chunks that were raw on the inside. For my second attempt, I thought I would play it safe and order a burger. To my shock, it was just a large piece of pre-cooked meat that turned out to be incredibly dry. Honestly, even a dollar burger from McDonald's tastes better. They charge almost $7.00 for this poor quality food, served with just a tiny portion of coleslaw. Next time, I’m heading a bit further down the street to Station Grill, where everything is delicious!
