Sainsbury's Caf - Welwyn Garden City

Terrible. overpriced, as well as rude and intrusive staff. so disrespectful and uncomfortable. and that wasnt even just one time. do not recommend unless you hate yourself.

The cafe area is spacious, light and airy. The service has been slow on each of my visits and the food isn't wonderful. Must do better but when a visitor is disappointed more than once and there are so many better eateries in the vacinity, the management really should insist the staff up their game. The excellent cafe in Morrison's supermarket in Panshanger puts Sainsbury's to shame!

Cafe is without doubt the most poorly run of all the Sainsburys in the area. One chef who apparently stamped his foot and said no more! idea was to eat first and shop second. Left without doing either. Management don 't seem to recognise the importance of the cafe if you plan a shop!

I went on a Sunday and walked all the way through the store to get to the cafe, when I finally got there and chose what I wanted to eat I was approached by a member of staff who informed me they are not serving hot food today. That wasn’t great to hear tbh from a cafe.

We've been here about a dozen times. Constantly understaffed, orders are forgotten and tables are full of dirty dishes. Staff try their best which gets them the extra star.
