Contribuisci feedbackI had an amazing experience. My server Joey was really nice and helpful when I was asking about different drinks and actually served me pretty quick as I was running late. The staff are really nice and do their jobs exceptionally well.
There were 5 members of staff behind the counter but one lad seemed to just be standing around doing nothing and there was a queue. I was asked for my name and from that I assumed that my name would be called when my drink was ready. I heard a woman shout that a drink was ready and I had to go and ask if this was my drink. I spoke to a man with Ege on his name badge and he said the name was called. I said it was not as I would have heard it. Shortly after this they started using peoples names to call out orders. There were tables with empty mugs on them that had not been cleared and it had a shabby look. Will not be returning.
Lovely staff, clean and great view. Importantly the coffee tasted lovely, the food ordered was hot and promptly prepared.
The restaurant offers a fantastic view of the gardens and fountain from the balcony. It is conveniently located next to the station, making it easy to grab a coffee and pastry on the go. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service.
The service in this restaurant today was absolutely terrible. The lady serving me had a scowl on her face the whole time and was very rude. I ordered some toasties, and when they were ready, she just dumped them on the side without any care. When I asked if they were my order, she simply replied yes and walked away. Her colleague looked embarrassed by her behavior. I think some customer service training would be beneficial for some of the staff here.
