They will ask you to put in a positive review, and then ask you not to review them after realizing how bad of a job they're doing. Do not eat here. This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to, and I've lived in 8 different states.
Has literally never gotten my order correct. Staff is rude and unprofessional. I would rather this place just shut down at this point.
Absolutely disgusting filth. Dine in area trash, with large puddles of soft drink syrup on the counters and floor. Men’s bathroom was even worse. Had me waiting 37 minutes to get my to go order.
I just sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes! We figured, 4 sandwiches, pretty easy. I don’t know who is managing the kitchen, but they have no time management skills! We got to the window, paid, and then were asked to pull ahead because they had just dropped our food!!! There were only 2 cars in front of us when we pulled up!!! Levayia, the window person just kept taking orders, and looked at us like we were overreacting when we asked for our money back! Such bad service! Prices raise, and you act like it’s for wages?!?! Must not be paying enough because you are scraping the bottom of the barrel for service! We are never going back to Wendy’s!
Put in an online order Tuesday 6/18/24 order went though for large fry and a small frosty. Arrived at 11pm, sat at the ordering speaker for 5 minutes, everything was lit up, no one spoke to us. I then drove up to the window and honked twice an older gentleman came and said he was alone there and I was out of luck. He could not refund an online order. Thankfully the app made it very easy to refund that order. We then went to the Wendys on Hewitt much better
