This has to be the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. It’s the closest one to me and every single time, the food sucks. Dry buns, overcooked burgers, always forgetting something, even the soda tastes awful. The other Wendy’s in fairmont is much better. I’d rather take the extra time to drive to Bridgeport to go to Wendy’s than go to this one.

Food and service is pretty good. Don't like dining in, because I spend the entire time swatting at flies

Ashley Casey that work the morning shift are absolutely awesome. Always super friendly and provide great customer service. I definitely wanted to give them credit because I know most people only care to leave negative reviews on fast-food places. I've never seen a line on a morning that they are working. I pretty much rely on them for coffee to get me through the day, so I don't know how they're so upbeat in the mornings... because I'm not, lol. They've definitely made this Wendy's location the best in the area! Even the lunch/dinner staff have always been great!

Adequate staffing. However, staff scurries around but to what end? The customer line (in store) was steady. Folks waiting on order, staff scurries around but the inefficiency of personnel is pathetic. No one gets their order. We wait. And wait. Additional orders are taken but we previous customers continue to wait. My fries were cold. Typical of Wendy's. Chicken sandwich edible.

I absolutely LOVE Wendy's and especially the guy with the Australian accent puts a smile on my face every time, plus the spicy chicken sandwich mwaahhh it's so good and spicy breaded, not a sauce, and that makes it 10 times better!!!
