Kfc - Wentzville

This restaurant is not recommended. I recently ordered the chicken tenders and they were burnt and tasted awful, likely cooked in old grease that hasn't been changed in a long time. Overall, a very negative experience.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I was given the wrong food and did not receive a receipt. When I tried to return the food a few moments later to get the correct order, the manager refused to fix the mistake, claiming I could not prove what I had ordered despite acknowledging my order on the screen. When I asked for her name, she said Jane Doe, and when I requested the corporate number, she stated she did not have to provide any information. I'm pretty sure her name was Methany. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. We will never return to this location as they are ripping people off. ???????

Oh my goodness, the food was amazing. I accidentally forgot to request my Nashville hot chicken Littles, but the staff had no problem adding it to my order and they prepared it perfectly. My mother thoroughly enjoyed her $6 meal which included a leg, thigh, mashed potatoes, gravy, biscuit, and a soda. Every dish was served hot and cooked to perfection. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I was thrilled to finally get my Nashville hot chicken Littles.

Order was place an hour before pickup at 430 and scheduled to be picked up at 530pm. The order was over $80. Took them until almost 6pm to have ready and was only half of what was ordered. 100% would avoid. Never getting food from KFC again

While I was there the young lady behind the counter got yelled at over the soda machine. She handled it well and left the complainer speechless. The food was great, but it wasn't the best part of my visit!
