Marco's Pizza - Wentzville

Service was friendly and fast Clean and well organized Food was fresh and hot Parking needs work but other then that spot oN.

I used to be a big Marco's fan, but recently, service has dropped significantly. The new app no longer works on my iPad and when I use the app on my phone, it won't accept any payment card I have. The last few times I've used pick up, the time promised was missed by 20 minutes. I've stopped using their delivery service as that is always late. On the positive side, the pizza is REALLY good so I will continue to purchase from them for now.

Awful. I waited over and hour to have my pizza delivered when it was promised in 30min. I called to talked to a manager to see what we could work out. Like a free pizza or my money back and all he could say is I don't think we do that. You're a manager and you don't know your policies? Terrible customer service.

Ran by great owners. Genuinely kind owners who really care about their customers. This is the type of location that is worth going out of the way to support. Great experience and awesome menu variety. Definitely recommend this location specifically!!
