Steak N Shake - Wentzville

Big eat and even if I have the whole kiosk setup they have now (bc it killed the nostalgia of the environment) their service trainer came on the floor and interacted with all guests. that is what we always loved to eat there (besides eating delicious.)

My family and I went into the drive last week and we had the best experience. we had a big job and the employee was very friendly and made sure that our order was correct, including the seasoned. our whole food was hot and tasteful. I must say in the last few years we have stopped pricking through poor service and food quality n-shakes. but I'm back at this place.

We had a wonderful experience here- the staff was courteous and SO fast, and our burgers, fries, and my Nutella shake were delicious! It’s the second time I’ve eaten at a Steak Shake (the first was in Peoria, IL) and I am hooked.Kudos to the hiring team because this group of people work so well together- like a machine!

Ate here yesterday evening kept hitting something hard in steakburger took fried onions and pickles out after consuming almost the whole thing. And, a 1/2 inch screw fell out! Stupidly, I didn't take a picture of it. But I showed to the manager who said he was sorry and wanted to remake my food. No offer of money back for my meal or anything just another steakburger. But, by that time, I had no appetite. Avoid this place if you value your teeth and intestines.

This place has really come a long way since new ownership (I’m assuming). Great strides have been made, the burgers still scream Steak ‘n Shake, but are more high quality while still maintaining the prices we all know and love. Steak n Shake has always been a favorite of mine since and I’m happy to see it up and running and a location to be proud of!
