Chef's Corner Cafe - Weslaco

The restaurant had a nice home. The waiters were friendly and the service was great. Waiting for food was a maximum of 10 15 minutes. I ordered the lunch special, BBQ Brisket, which came with rice, beans and salad. The brisket was beautiful and delicate and the BBQ sauce was sweet and tangy. It is a place I would recommend to friends and family. I'll eat there again.

I had lunch at Chef's Corner on 4/28/17 with two other people and the food was great. I had the chicken California and it was not only delicious, but beautifully presented with colorful and perfectly cooked steamed vegetables and pasta with a wonderful lemon cream sauce. My companion plates were also delicious.

At this place has been several times, food is consistently delicious. Thank you to Chef Roberto .
