The Boocha And Taproom - Weslaco

Food is delicious, the only reason I gave a 3 was because of the inconsistent hours of operation. I realize it's family owned and at times things/emergencies may come up. However, I have made the drive a few times to find it closed when it says open online. Otherwise, food is great, owners are kind, no other complaints.

I was really impressed with this restaurant. The food was amazing, the location was perfect, and the atmosphere was delightful. The vibe was exceptional. I'd definitely recommend giving it a try!

This is the first review I have ever written on Google, and it is WELL deserved. Not only was the kombucha amazing, the food was killer too! They had 3 different flavors of kombucha, which the owner gave us a taste of each to choose what we want (the Elderberry CBD one was my favorite! . We got 3 different pizza slices, the shizz, the cauli one, and the taco pizza. The cauliflower pizza was hands down the best pizza I've ever had, seasoned PERFECTLY! They served us split pea soup to start with and it was seasoned perfectly and didn't just taste like mushy peas, sooooo yummy. The service from the owners were amazing as well. They were so attentive and super informative! To top it all off, it had such a beautiful ambiance. There are plants all over and the music choice is just absolutely perfect. For $12 each, we were able to get two slices of pizza, soup, and 9oz of kombucha. If that isn't a steal deal, I don't know what is! Thank you truly to the owners of this place! : Vegetarian options: Everything was vegetarian!

The Reggie Veggie pizza is undoubtedly one of the best pizzas I've ever tasted. I also ordered the soup of the day, which included lentils and a variety of vegetables. Overall, everything was hearty and packed with flavor. Our host was generous enough to offer us samples of different kombucha flavors, which was a nice touch. I will definitely be returning soon. Thank you!

This is a beautiful restaurant with excellent food and wonderfully friendly owners. I would give it a perfect rating of 10 out of 5!
