I spoke to the cashier about my situation and inquired about any grab-and-go options instead. He ended up having to call the manager for a refund, and I found her to be quite rude, even though I apologized repeatedly. Ultimately, I was given old and dry pizza that was practically inedible. I also reached out to corporate, and their response was simply that they would "address" the issue. I was left feeling like my son's cancer was just an inconvenience to them. I'm very disappointed with the service and overall experience at Little Caesars.

The woman arrived to find that instead of pizza, she had been served bread with peppermint. They advertise themselves as the "cheesiest" on TV, but they don’t even put enough cheese to cover half the slices. This restaurant is located in Wesley Chapel, and you would expect better quality given the good location. Unfortunately, it seems that management does not prioritize oversight, and the employees seem more interested in just collecting their paychecks.
