Food was good but delivery was delayed; not a problem if you set the expectation on the onset. you say 1 hour and deliver in 2 that's a problem

Hire people that are friendly and want to work at your store. It’s almost like the girl working at the front there has no clue she is working a customer service job. Not friendly at all then our order is wrong and when I call back I get told yep sounds like you only ordered 2 meals and not the third.We like coming here but with this kind of customer service there are too many other options.

They have homeade pasta as one of their options. It's a great dish. Try it with their meatsauce. You can also make it spicy.It's a small menu but that's something I like about it.Vegetarian options: Pasta is always something vegetarians know they can rely on in a restaurant. This one is no different.

I truly wanted to love this. Italian food is something I absolutely love and who wouldn 't appreciate the concept of fresh food made from scratch? I was so excited when I heard about Pasta di Guy and expected to be a regular customer. I was so incredibly disappointed by what I ended up getting when I eventually tried them. If I had to describe my baked ziti in one sentence it would be, Make me a baked ziti that has the least amount of sauce possible without having no sauce. (see attached photo)The whole time I was eating it I was thinking, This sure would be a lot better if it actually had sauce. I don 't know if this was a one time hiccup or how the dish is actually served. Hopefully it 's the former.
