Contribuisci feedbackI want to start by mentioning that I'm not usually a fan of Red Robin, but my experience today was truly outstanding. We were welcomed at the door with a warm smile and promptly seated. Our server, Callie, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Our food arrived exactly as we had ordered it. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely return to this location in the future. (It could be a bit cleaner, but they were very busy today.)
The dining experience was disappointing. One of my table mates never received a refill all night, and what was supposed to be a hot and spicy burger ended up being quite bland. The quality of the alcoholic beverages was inconsistent as well; while the first drink was well-made, the others fell far short of that standard. The manager addressed our concerns and removed these items from the bill, but we would have preferred to receive what we originally ordered.
Both managers, the woman and Frank, were fantastic! They truly make a difference. They were incredibly nice and welcoming. Thank you for your kindness. Even during these times when restaurants are less crowded, they still provide the best service.
First time back here in about two years or so. We went on a Saturday night around 7:30pm and in November during the Symphony in Lights show at the mall, so a wait was to be expected, though it was only about 25 minutes. Our server was very friendly and attentive for our party of six. The food was also very good; we mostly had burgers along with an appetizer of fried pickles. Not sure if it?s the usual crowd or because of the light show, but there were a ton of young kids there, so definitely very loud and busy. Can?t fault the restaurant for that. Overall a good experience.
Uber Eats delivery of food. Was impressed the outside looked so cooked and it was so raw on the inside. The bird was still clucking raw?.. This instantly made my fiancé?s sick after realizing that wasn?t tendon that was so stringy in her mouth. Manager Sarah asked me to drive the food to her instead of accepting a photo of it, you know, 6 miles through a hundred traffic lights from where I live. She took a report and threw me a $25 gift card like I will ever eat there again. All I wanted was the entire meal refunded after making me drive the evidence to her. Hopeful corporate does call to inquire soon, will definitely be getting a piece of my mind.
