We all ordered the toasties on Turkish Bread which retailed at around $13.00 each. They were all delicious. None of us ordered hot drinks but table water was supplied. Looking at other patrons food, it all looked lovely and yummy. The fact it was busy suggests it is very popular in the region. They also have a book exchange near the front of the store or you can buy books outright. Eftpos facilities are also available.
We are regular patrons of George & Dave's. Initially, we would visit for coffee and perhaps lunch, but now they also offer dinner on Friday and Saturday nights, and their meals are outstanding. We aim to dine there at least once every two weeks, and we are always impressed. Matt, Nicole, Vickie, and Guy do a fantastic job. They are welcoming, the food is delicious, and they offer a great selection of wines. What more could you want?
It is a rare find to come across a place that offers excellent food, welcoming staff, and delightful hot coffee all in one. Dining there was a pleasure as such places are hard to come by nowadays.
I visited this restaurant for a quick breakfast and was delighted to discover that they offered a wide variety of delicious gluten-free options. My breakfast was fantastic and I look forward to coming back again soon!
Stopped for a quick brekkie and loved the quality of the food and the great service we received. The food was presented very well and very tasty. Prompt and friendly service accompanied by very reasonable prices.A small little shoo with a big heart and personality, will definately recommend.
