Mcdonald's - West

My food was hot and proper. no cars on the menu when we drove up and it took 6 minutes to ask us to order, we even said hello about 3 minutes after we pulled up. there was a car in front of us. it took another 17 minutes before we got into the window to pay. to the happiness we have just got our food a few minutes after.

I was hesitant about stopping here based on the many reviews complaining about the slow service. We decided to give it a try and decide for ourselves on how to rate the service. To my pleasant surprise the service was fast, friendly and my order was accurate. Food was fresh and hot. The young lady that took our order was new to her job and required a little assistance but that is to be expected. Kudos to McDonald's for giving young adults an opportunity to earn some money.

This place is nice. It looks like it's built for the new age of pre order not for staying. There weren't that many customers, but it was SO SLOW!!! There was 3 cars in the drive thru 2 people ahead of me it took 18 min before I got my meal! I don't know how long it's been open, but this is ridiculous! They need more training!

Quarter pounder almost black. Way overcooked. Super slow service. No one to take your order at the counter. After standing there for over 10 minutes they tell me to order on kiosk. Walked out and went through drive thru instead. Took about 5 minutes for them to even get on the speaker. Get it together management!

The worst service slow and the burger patty was hard like it sit all day in the warmer, took 30 minutes to get our food forgot to put the fries in the 2 happy meals. This was the fourth time we tried to eat here not a good experience one time my son ordered a burger plain and dry gave him a bun with bacon on it only. The manager was rude to customers at the counter never going back to this McDonald's again.
