It was not too sweet. Food was delicious. I had Ling Cod on risotto and I would have it again. A very pleasant lunch destination on a snowy day in the park.
We had just visited the aquarium and came over this little jewel when we went through the park in the early afternoon. when we came over this one high time took place at the front, but we did not have to worry because the restaurant was still open it was busy, but there was space for us. the menu is small but has a reasonable choice. we enjoyed a flatbread and a chowder / thai curry suppenschale both were delicious. the service was reasonable. the price point is perhaps something toppy, but it was worth it for the environment in the middle of the beautiful park. highly recommended
Here with three generations of family, all found several elements on the menu they liked. the food was generously cut and very good. the service was great or better than anyone else we were on the go. the sitting on the terrace and under the soon in the trees and gardens is a bonus. a star for high prices and absentness of a child menu.
We went to this restaurant on the afternoon to have coffee and dessert. When we arrived there, we saw that they had a large espresso machine, so decided to arrange a Spanish coffee together with a dessert (crème brûlée.) that dessert was simply in order to. be honest, we had better of costco. the real disappointment was the Spanish coffee. it came warm and was made with drip coffee. when we told the bar spelling, he suggested that we should tell the server that we wanted coffee from the espresso machine. really? Why should we even think that we need to do it when there were special coffees on the menu and a large espresso machine in the middle of the bar. we were super disappointed because this was our second visit to this restaurant and the first time was pretty good. there are so many other great restaurants in our environment.
It began with a care less attitude. Sit were you want! So we chose a shaded table on the patio. Then followed a litany of unfortunately bad service which complimented the tiny menu. We were entertaining a friend from Quebec. A bottle of Chardonnay please....The restaurant doesn't sell bottles of wine!!!!!! We started with glasses of water in plastic glasses which we constantly had to request refilling. Items on the menu seemed abnormally pricy considering we were eating at cheap plastic tables with no table cloth or cloth napkins. We ordered quinoa salads that were so tiny a magnifying glass wouldn't have made it look bigger. This small salad was $16. We left feeling hungry and tipped off. I am sorry but I can not recommend this restaurant as a place to bring guests period.
