Cousins Subs - West Allis

I am upgrading my rating from two stars to four for this restaurant. There has been significant improvement in the past six months. The wait time has decreased, making parking easier to find. The quality of the sandwiches has consistently gotten better. Although the prices are still high, it's not unexpected in the current economy. Two out of three improvements is a good sign. I wonder why this place is always empty? Well, I found out why. After parking and waiting for my food (I was the only car there), I finally received my order. I paid $12.50 for a "seven-inch" sub, large fries (which used to be medium at fast food places), and a regular drink (which was once called small. The sandwich looked like it was hastily put together, with more ingredients falling out of the bun than inside. On the bright side, if you are in need of food and don't mind sacrificing quality, cost, or waiting time, then this place is perfect for you. Welcome home, my friend.

I've ordered from Cousins twice now, and both times my sandwich bread has been quite soggy. I only asked for mayo on my sandwich, no oil or vinegar, yet the bread was still soggy. This was not the typical Cousins experience I've had at other locations.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times. The service is always fast and friendly. The sandwiches are fresh and delicious. Move over Subway, Cousins is far superior. The location is good and, as previously mentioned, the staff is always friendly and efficient. If you're in the mood for subs, this is the place to go.

The new roast pork sub (sliced pork, provalone, grilled onions) is very good, but a little dry. Could have used a little mayo or even some tomatoes

Horrible customer service. We got a buy 2 get one free coupon on the back of our pick n save receipt and decided to use it same day. Workers and manager refused the coupon saying it was expired. We even presented the receipt the coupon came from showingtoday's date, the guy even tried to puzzle the receipt together to make sure it matched. Maybe cousins corporate is strict onhow they enforce this stuff but it seemed way too excessive to prevent us from using their coupon. Either honor the coupon orget rid of them altogether if you want to prevent losing more customers
