West - West Allis

We visited the city for a Milwaukee Brewers game and chose this hotel for its location. The hotel is less than 5 minutes away from American Family Field, making it a convenient ride. We requested an early check-in and although they couldn't guarantee one when I called in the morning, there was a room ready for us when we arrived. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a sofa bed for our 7-year-old. The pool, while a bit small with a maximum depth of 4’6, was enough to keep our child entertained. The free hot breakfast had a delicious selection of food and the staff worked hard to keep the breakfast area clean and stocked. Overall, we had a very positive experience and will definitely return!

I recently visited this restaurant located in a hotel. I appreciated that they have a separate entrance from the parking lot, making it convenient for customers. We ordered a few beers and some cheese curds, which were delicious. The chef also impressed us with their dishes. The overall presentation of the food looked appetizing. I only wish they had a special happy hour deal for appetizers. While the cheese curds were a bit pricey at 12 to 14 dollars, they were fresh and hand-scattered.

We chose this hotel primarily because it offered a free shuttle to and from American Family Field. However, when we requested the shuttle at 3:45 PM, we were informed that the registration list was full and the next available shuttle was at 7:00 AM the next day, which did not work for our schedule as the game started at 7:10 PM. We ended up taking a Lyft to the game, costing us around $12. Despite the disappointing shuttle situation, the hotel itself was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the shower had great water pressure with a high showerhead suitable for most adults (no need to bend down to wash hair). Although we opted to sleep in and skipped the free breakfast, overall we had a pleasant stay at the hotel.

After a long day on the road, it was nice to be greeted and registered with easy. Friendly staff was eager to assist in the check in process. Room was clean and neat. A nice addition was Bar West. Great Pizza for a great price. Location was down the hall from registration desk.

Very friendly staff from calling, checking in and check out. Very welcoming! Breakfast was great, room was clean and quiet and comfortable beds. Exercise room was clean and offered lots of equipment. Was even welcomed with a water bottle by staff while in room. Special touch.
