However, when I opened my sausage parmesan hero, I realized there was no Parmesan cheese on it. I contacted Tony, who I believe is the owner. He assured me I could return anytime for a free replacement hero. Three days later, I returned and Tony prepared a fantastic sausage parmesan hero for me. This was my first visit to the restaurant and I was impressed by their customer service. Not every meal or experience will be perfect, but having an owner who cares about his business and makes things right is what makes this place great in my eyes. I will definitely be a regular customer from now on.
"The pizza and dinner were both excellent. The recent renovation is truly stunning, very beautiful."
The dining experience at this restaurant is top-notch with its recent renovation. The dining area is open and will soon be fully completed, giving it a comfortable and spacious feel. The tables and chairs are also comfortable, which is a big plus for someone like me. I'm looking forward to when the decoration is fully finished, especially the outdoor area.
The best Pizza Place in Suffolk County. The quality of their food and ingredients used in creating the ultimate culinary experience surpasses the other pizza places. The staff is always friendly and the owner is a gentleman. From Vegetable to Margarita pizza pies and everything in between, they are the “real-deal!”
Just stopped here a half-hour before closing to get a couple of slices and a garlic knot or two. I got a white slice it was okay but rather nondescript. The other slice was a vodka sauce slice. It was pretty good, with a nice taste, but I think both slices would have been better if I had gotten them earlier and not so close to closing time. The garlic knots were another matter, though. Although they had enough garlic taste, they were extremely dry and really not worth eating because of that. A shame, they looked just like the impressive garlic knots I used to get at La Scala in Hauppauge, which were very moist and garlicky. MB's management really should ignore Kyle W s review and go back to making oily knots. That's the way they're supposed to be.
