Contribuisci feedbackI'm not sure why I keep giving Kentucky Fried Chicken another chance, but they consistently let me down. We arrived at the restaurant around 6:30 p.m. and were informed that we would have to wait for our food because everything was shut down. Even though they are supposed to be open until 8:00, there were cars behind us in the drive-thru, and all the fryers were turned off. After a wait, when we finally received our order, the biscuits were doughy in the middle, and the chicken was so overcooked that it was impossible to bite into. If you had to turn the fryers back on, how did you manage to overcook all the chicken while undercooking every biscuit? Does anyone actually own this restaurant or oversee the staff's performance and guidelines? I strongly advise staying away from the Kentucky Fried Chicken in West Bend; I've given them too many chances, and they've failed every time!
Oh my goodness, what a waste of money. Two years ago, we tried KFC and were disappointed with oily chicken that tasted like it was leftover from the day before. We decided not to return. However, today we thought we might give it another shot, hoping things had improved. Unfortunately, they haven't. The chicken was so tough that it was nearly impossible to bite into, and it tasted stale, like it had been reheated in a microwave. The fries were greasy, and the food wasn't even warm. What a letdown. KFC used to be a great place for good chicken, but not anymore. Sorry, but you won't be seeing us again anytime soon.
I've never been to the West Bend location, but I've visited many other KFCs, and I consistently notice the same issues. I always check the reviews to ensure I don't waste my time or hard-earned money, and I’m glad I did this time because your reviews are terrible. It’s quite disgraceful, and it would be wise to address these concerns. KFC used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but it's disappointing to see a lack of quality control as employees seem to run the show without any oversight. Perhaps you should consider raising wages to hire employees who can do more than just greet customers at the door! KFC really needs to learn how to operate a successful business because it's beyond frustrating to see some locations decline so severely.
Idk how you can mess up a kfc order. Our drinks didn't have ice, they didn't give us one of the mac and cheese dishes we ordered and they didn't give us the mash potatoes that was supposed to come with the order. On top of it, half of the tenders were coldand old.
Nasty and disgusting. Chicken piece has somebody hair in it. Got my order all wrong. I didn't order breat and got whole bunch of breast and it's supposed to be Crispy but it's not. Missing gravy. Never go there again.
