Tropical Smoothie Cafe

The older lady who makes the smoothies and the register works, took 10 minutes to take our order. when she finally took our order, my friend wanted a chai smoothie and the hired annoyed and flu, said that it was 10 -15 minutes for this smoothie, which suggests that we want to get something else, I assume because there were several things in this. then she continued to say that I do, I try my best here, it's just me. they said they wanted to donate their change or something? before we could answer, she said just how right? there were 2 employees back there, one of them was on sandwiches and consolidation, I guess? but we have our sand, which lies 40 minutes before the smoothie. it seems as if the sand you had time to take orders and start smoothing. neither of them was fast nor friendly. I would suggest getting a younger, more efficient staff. also our smoothies were not bleeding so that I can't drink my, without big ice-cutter cloging

Drinks were wrong without taste. it was very disappointed, but they didn't hesitate when I called to let them know that I either wanted to make new ones or a refund and understood them. I managed to make new ones and they've been much better thought out.

4 times in succession in the last 2 months have no vegetarian chicken substitute option and the personal does not know the menu to offer other vegetarian options.

Very friendly staff, clean facility and great service. the food and smoothies were prepared as ordered and did not last very long. overall it was an excellent experience.

Old Food that was made with no effort. Just microwaved old chicken and flat bread was crunchy. Didn’t follow orders of including chipotle sauce after it was requested. Horrible customer service, not recommended and won’t come back.
