Contribuisci feedbackThank you Melanie for such fantastic service! Our campfire mochas are delicious. My daughter got the cold one and I the hot. We also got an ice water and a roasted tomato and pesto flatbread. The flatbread was really hot so beware.
Really nasty unpleasant experience. I placed an order through the app only to get told that they didn't have the sandwich I wanted so I asked for a replacement. After waiting ten minutes I was told they didn't have any of that sandwich either so I requested a refund but was told they couldn't give me one or they'd come up short, so I asked for a manager, I was told I couldn't see a manager and would need to go to corporate in order to get a refund. Even this I was fine with so I asked if they had a number or email I could reach out to, I was told that the manager refused to give out corporate contact information and that I would have to find it on my own. Overall the manager and team failed on every level at the most basic requirements. Having worked in service for decades I don't ask for much but this was a complete failure
As someone who prefers the coffee at Caribou to the other major chain at Mall of America, I was happy to see Caribou represented here! Apparently I'm not the only Caribou fan, as the place was pretty crowed, but our drinks were prepared quickly and efficiently.
My vanilla iced latte was pretty good. Relatively friendly staff. A small wait time but no big deal. My daughter enjoyed her pumpkin cake pop!
Snotty, unaccountable barista!! They made errors two days in a row (first day, I let it go, the second time, I wanted what I had actually ordered) and they were unwilling to correct their errors or even so much as apologize for their mistakes! Awful customer service, go elsewhere!
