Had a wonderful there today with the 700 club bowlers the waitress was absolutely wonderful even though I was only drinking water she made sure to check on me e erytime she went through thank you very much for making all feel welcome the place was clean and staff was great

I will definitely not be returning to this bowling alley. From the moment we arrived, we were met with rude treatment. My family and I had planned a fun night out with our kids, hoping to enjoy some bowling and pizza, but it turned out to be the worst bowling experience I've ever had. The service was terrible, and the staff was surprisingly unfriendly. In particular, Wendy, one of the waitresses, was snotty and unhelpful every time we asked her a question, making us feel unwelcome. There is simply no excuse for this kind of behavior. If you’re working with the public, it's essential to maintain a positive attitude. I'm sure we're not the only ones who have been treated this way by her. We could have chosen to bowl elsewhere, and next time we certainly will. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Please improve your service.
