Contribuisci feedbackWe had reservations for a large group. The reservation was confirmed a week before. However, when we arrived they had no idea about it.Naturally the servers had to scramble. The orders were mixed up. Steaks were not cooked correctly, chicken was slimy. It was very loud and took an extremely long time even for a large group. Very disappointing for a steak house with steakhouse prices. I didn’t eat my steak, and as we left I saw many others had left a lot of food on their plates.
Poorly made food and overwhelmed staff. Waitress was very nice but missed a lot. One drink had a leak at delivery and it took asking 2 people and nearly 30 minutes to get the replacement it was water)? Never got a needed and asked for knife and any requests such as plain chicken sandwich) didn’t happen. She had a warm smile and was kind and as a former waitress I empathize with havk g too many tables but it was just … not Good. If the food had been of good quality it would have helped. The pulled pork was more fat than edible meat, I’m talking 2 inch long pieces of straight fat. Catfish nuggets were all breading. Fries soft, asparagus hard, etc etc. Even the fun thrown rolls came out once underdone and the next time literally black burned on the bottom. Surprisingly the salad bar did not look great at first but the fresh fruit was fresh and the toppings not horrible. The pork was taken off the bill without asking which was appreciated. There were also a LOT of flies for an indoor restaurant. Would not return.
I asked for medium and got well done for a sirloin then gave it back and got what looked to be rotten meat
Was not impressed with the food. I had their fish and chips. The fish was very dry. Heard several people complaining about their food. Nice atmosphere though.
Worst restaurant I have been to in Branson. The food was good but WAY overpriced and the noise was so loud that it was impossible to have a conversation. Will not eat there again!
