Sips Restaurant And Bar - West branson

Visited based on the fact they had 2 pool tables and shuffleboard. The service was terrible, bartender did not know the price of a drink, and zero attention paid to our party. Plenty of attention was paid to what I can only assume as the regulars. The bar was pretty dead and live event was advertised byt it was only karaoke. Left after 1 drink and found a much better hangout.

My friends and I went to Sips yesterday. We walked in and sat down and there were no other customers. There was a table with 3 people, one of whom looked like a manager. We sat there for almost 10 minutes with no one helping us. Finally the manager walked over to the pool table area and got a lady to tend to us. She walked up to us, looked at our half full water bottles that we’d brought from the movies the first thing out of her mouth was, “You’re going to have to get rid of those. Throw them away or pour them out.” Then she proceeded to tell us that their cook hadn’t shown up. We left and went to another restaurant, that was packed, but still when we sat down, we were greeted with, “Welcome to Little Hacienda.” I will never step foot in Sips again.

I went to sips on Monday night and the tall long haired delicious man was so good to me I will be getting drunk here again. Also Sergio was very nice and made a margarita!!

Absolutely terrible experience. We had a large group that called before coming in and we were told they have room for us. We were then greeted by a bartender/server that looked surprised to see our large group. We were given menus and then never asked for drink orders. We were told they only had one server and one cook. There was only 6 people there before we got there at 7:45. One of our group tried asking the cook if we could just get 6 pizzas for our entire group and just pitchers of beer and water to try and make it easy for them. We kept getting excuse after excuse why they couldn’t cook food for us. Which there was 2 cooks in the kitchen. The server never came back to our table and was just standing at the bar hugging and talking to another person at the bar. So we finally decided to get up and leave because they obviously did not want to serve us. On our way out the door the server asked us, “what did you decide?” There were 2 restaurant owners in our group and they were appalled at the entire situation. Would not recommend.

We were told about a good band that plays on Saturday afternoons so we went early to eat and get a seat before they were scheduled to start. The band was very good. It was the best part of the whole place. The little gal behind the bar was very nice. The guy on the other hand was not at all. We waited quite a while just to order our food and then it was quite a while before it ever came out and it wasn't even made as the menu stated. It was OK. Not great. Not impressed. Probably won't go back.
