Fox's Pizza Den - West Brownsville

Almost 1 1/2 hours for pizza. Lady on phone was super rude. I paid for tip up front and I wish I hadn't. Bill is over $80 so you'd think they'd put more effort into getting it to us. We stay at hotel often but will never order from here again.

Ordered food through the online site for delivery, said it would take roughly 45 minutes. It took almost 2 hours before it got delivered. I was told it wasn't busy at all and that the cooks were slow that night. On top of that, I've never had to DIY my own food. I had to open the sandwich myself and put the sauce on top of a mediocre, sad looking pizza wedge.

The food here for me has always been great and the staff are top notch too...

Don 't do online ordering here. Apparently it is through door dash and even though it says pickup by the person who ordered, they will give your order to some random door dasher that the door dash people told me didn 't exist! They don 't check order numbers so any person can walk off the street and say they had an order, and they will take your paid for food. The restaurant messed up and did nothing to fix it. They just said it was door dashes problem! So, I had to call door dash and wait for them to refund my money after waiting 40 minutes for this location to have my order ready. Today was my daughers birthday and she wanted pizza for her party. I had to go get frozen pizzas and bake them at home because I didn 't have time to wait for some other place to make more food and it was more reliable!

Love this place the best place to get food for sure.
