Bash - West Burlington

Staff was fine, though our waitress was just mildly standoffish. I can understand some of the other reviews feeling weird about the waitstaff. The overall vibe of the place is very strange, and the booths don't have the cushions on them so you're just sitting on hard unfinished wood. The 4 stars come from the burger being fantastic though. I got the Honky Tonk, and my boyfriend got The Iowan.

The jalapeno popper Mac and cheese and the jalapeno popper Burger was delightful and deliciousThe season fries had a great taste. This stablishment had good atmosphere

Horrendous customer service from a food establishment. The owner needs to hire new staff.

Horrible Service. Our waitress came by once to check on us, and was gone before I could ask for a drink refill. She spent most of her time wandering around the restaurant on her phone talking to bestie in which she loudly voice dialed and gossiped for about 20 minutes...Several times telling her friend to hold on because the customers seemed to be inconveniencing her. I do not recommend Bash. Hire better staff and I would consider returning. Overall terrible experience.

I have only ordered out but I have absolutely loved the burgers. Mac is delicious as well and the encounters I have had with staff has been exceptional. Highly recommend.
