The Blue Anchor - West Byfleet

Good old pub with carpet, friendly service and quite nice garden with a bit of playground for kids. Service: 4 Location: 4

Pub is fine but the hotel is a bit of a joke. Had a hole in the window in my room for some reason. Staff told me they would try to cover it. Wasn 't expecting miracles but wasn 't expecting nothing at all either. Room was freezing at night. Also the claim of breakfast in the morning is a lie, they won 't top your instant porridge up if you stay for more than one night, even if you ask... Rooms: 1

The accomodation was handy to were we had parked our car at Weybridge but the room was clean and bed comfortable. Their was tea and coffee facilities in our room, towels but we were unsure if we would be charged for the breakfast basket which contained instant porridge and muesli bars as there was no chef available until 12 to have a cooked breakfast if that was available. We had to phone the owner to pay for our room as no-one was on site as we didn't see anyone until we saw a handy man in the car park who phoned someone( the owner) as we were told no-one would be around until 11ish to check out. This is not suitable if you wanted to leave early like we wanted

The staff here the two lads behind the bar were absolutely brilliant. Me and my wife came in for a meal and was treated very well couldn't fault the service... Service: 5 Location: 5
